Plastic cap nails consist of a ring shank and a one-inch diameter cap, commonly used to secure materials to wooden roof underlayment, such as roofing felt, insulation layers, and building wraps. The design of the large cap effectively prevents the nail head from piercing and damaging soft materials, while reducing pull-through phenomena and evenly distributing the holding force; the ring-shaped shank is treated with electroplating, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
